Who are we?
BSPS Training Consultancy Limited, formerly a partnership, was founded in 1991 and is still co-owned by one of its founding partners, Richard Payne.
What do we do?
We specialise in providing high quality training and consultancy services to a wide variety of organisations in the private, public, education and not for profit sectors. Our experience and expertise can make a real difference to the performance of your people and add significant value to your organisation.
How will you benefit?
| Training is an investment in your people as well as a tangible demonstration of your commitment to staff development. Organisations which continually and consistently develop staff are more likely to experience a higher level of productivity and performance, enhanced staff morale as well as excellent employee retention. Many professional bodies and institutes now require their membership to undertake continual professional development and many of our courses can provide appropriate evidence of CPD and training hours. In addition training and development is a key strategic tool in organisational development and succession planning. A coherent training and staff development programme is also a valuable public relations and marketing tool, providing specific evidence to your clients, stakeholders and service users that not only do you value your staff, but that an investment is made in their development. Such commitment results in a skilled workforce able to deliver a high quality of service and client care. Code
