Richard
Payne, MA, FITOL, Cert. Ed. Chartered MCIPD
Richard initially trained as a teacher but has spent most of his professional life working within the field of human resources and training and development.
He is a widely respected training and development specialist and HR adviser who regularly lectures at a number of universities and also writes on soft skills and HR policy. He is responsible for the strategic management of the consultancy and specialises in training/curriculum design and the delivery of courses and workshops.
Richard is a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of The Institute of Training & Occupational Learning and holds a masters degree in human resource management. |

Goulding,
ACIS
Naomi trained and qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary with a top five firm of accountants where she worked for six years before moving into industry gaining a further six years experience at management level prior to joining BSPS Training Consultancy Limited.
Naomi is our course registrar and responsible for client liaison, key account management, course bookings and course administration.

Kevin
Hall, F.Inst.L.Ex, Cert. Ed. |
| Kevin is a former police officer with 25 years experience, 18 of which were spent as an operational detective. Furthermore he is an experienced and skilled interviewer and holder of the Police Station Advisors Accreditation Certificate recognised by The Law Society.
Kevin has considerable experience of investigating all types of crimes and preparing cases for Crown Court as well as being a qualified and experienced lecturer and legal executive. |

Michael
J. Aston, Associate
Roleplayer
Mick served as a Police Officer for over 30 years. During his last 16 years he was engaged as an operational detective and actively involved in the investigation of serious crime. As a result he developed a wide range of interviewing skills, regularly giving evidence at Crown and Magistrates' Courts. Furthermore Mick has considerable experience of managing and participating in role-plays within a training context.
He also holds the Police Station Advisors Accreditation Certificate recognised by The Law Society. |

Phil Lyons, LLB
Phil Lyons is a solicitor and a former police officer. He practiced law for ten years and is an experienced civil litigator and criminal advocate. He is also an experienced legal skills trainer, teaching a broad range of subjects related to the criminal investigation process and court work. |
